Video Help
Tips:
- You need either the Real 1 Player, or the Windows Media Player, on your computer to view these videos. You can download them for free by clicking on the links below:
- If you have a dial-up connection, use the Real 1 Player to reduce the loading time for playing a selection. The quality of the video is not as good as the Windows Media Player, but the loading time is considerably reduced.
- If you receive warnings from your firewall software, like Norton, click on Always Permit or if that does not work disable your firewall to view the videos.
- Some Netscape browser users have much shorter loading times with the Real 1 Player.
Common Questions:
I click on the question, and nothing happens? If the player displays on the right, watch for "loading.." in Real Player, or Buffering>> in Windows Media Player, if neither shows, click the questions again. If the player does not display, you need to download the player by clicking on one of the links in Tip #1 above.
Why can't I hear the audio? Make sure you speakers are turned on, and that the sound is turned up to at least half volume.
It really loads slow? Most the time your wait with a cable/dsl connection with Real Player is less that 5 seconds, with Windows Media Player less than 10 seconds. With a dial-up connection the wait time with Real Player will usually be less than 15 seconds, and Windows Media player can be a couple minutes. If you time is more than this, try clicking the question again, or try to play these videos later. Web traffic can cause significant delays at peak usage times during weekdays.
