    Presbyterian Church (USA)     The official web site of the national office of Presbyterian Church (USA). It includes numerous resources and news about our denomination.

    Nevada Presbytery     The official web site of our regional Presbytery. It includes news of Presbyterian events in our region, and other resources.

    Daily Readings     Readings from the PCUSA web site that change daily for use in meditation and prayer. Readings include a Lextionary, Mission Yearbook, and Today's question from the new catechism.

On Line Bible Resources
The Bible Gateway A quick way to search the bible for either a verse or with a key word. They have nine bible versions available in a number of languages.

Parallel Bible Compare two different versions of the bible side-by-side. If english is not confusing enough for you, you can even compare to the latin vulgate.

    Crosssearch     A part of the Gospel Communications site, it has all kinds of information and links to Christian news and sites of interest.

    Christian News Daily     This is a great news only site that includes a number of Christian news services, and links to a bunch of others.

    Agape Press     This is a Christian news service providing a lot of thoughtful articles involving Christianity today. You'll see some of their articles in the Good News newspaper.

    Good News     This is a new (2005) Christian newspaper to the Las Vegas area, and is an outreach ministry of Mountain View Christian Center in Brentwood, CA; which is a non-denominational Church affiliated with Church on the Rock International.

    Cokesbury     A Christian bookstore with a tie to the Methodist Church, but also sell a lot of Presbyterian USA items. Sell bibles, books, tapes, CDs, gifts, etc.

    Christian Book .Com     A large well established mail-order/on-line Christian book store that carries a full range of books, bibles, and gifts in all the formats.

    Bibles.Com     The sales site for the American Bible Society with really low prices on bibles in various versions.

    Free-CD Software     This site offer a number of bible resources on CDs for free, well, you pay only shipping and handling of $7.50 per item.

The Cyber Hymnal Select a hymn by name, subject, or phrase and it plays, shows the history of the hymn and the lyrics. They have about 3,000 hymns on this site.

Presbyterian Yellow Pages NOTE: This site is currently being redesigned and a lot of information is missing until the redevelopment is completed around 12/05. A great directory with photos of PCUSA Churches around the country. This site is a volunteer effort of Reems Creek-Beech Presbyterian Church in Weaverville, NC, and one mission of this site is to help find missing children through pictures as a volunteer of NCMEC, Child Search, and Code Amber. They also have a lot of other Christian links and resources.
